Puppy Training

In my lessons we will look at different topics and learning theories.

We will learn about:

-how to teach a dog a behaviour

-how to link a word or a command to the behaviour

-what's a reward and how to use it

-new things, scary things and surfaces, how to handle them and adapt. 

-What's impuls control and frustration tolerance and why is it important to be aware of it.

-Excitement, why is it important and how to regulate it

-dog language, what they tell us with their body language and behaviour.

-social contact with other dogs and puppy

-Recall, very important 

-how to walk on a lose lead

-playtime between the puppy will be given in every lesson, therefore we will have a look at what's a playing behaviour and where does it end

-and lots lots more

This will always include the basics and the knowledge for it. After a lesson, it is important you keep up the training and practise in your everyday life. With my dog I still do a couple of minutes of training almost every walk. It brings us both joy and fun.

My puppy classes will be held in small groups, what allowes me to have enough time for each team and I can explain and watch you while you train them.
